By creating an account, accessing the App, or participating in a syndicate, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the App immediately.

2. Eligibility

You may use the App only if you:

  • Are 18 years or older (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction).

  • Are legally permitted to participate in lottery activities in your country.

  • Provide accurate registration information and maintain only one active account.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these requirements.

3. Nature of the Service

4. Syndicate Participation

By joining a syndicate, you agree that:

  • Contributions (“shares”) are paid in advance.

  • The app administrator or automated system will use pooled funds to purchase official lottery tickets.

  • Ticket purchases may be made on your behalf by a designated syndicate manager.

  • Your percentage of any winnings corresponds to the number of shares you purchased.

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Winnings Distribution

If a syndicate wins:

  • Each syndicate usually has 5 shares.

  • 15% of the syndicate’s winnings is paid per share within that syndicate.

  • Additionally, 15% of the total winnings for that specific lottery draw is distributed across all purchased shares in all syndicates participating in that draw.

  • Small winnings go to your in-app wallet.

  • Large winnings may require identity verification (KYC).

  • Withdrawals may take several business days.

  • Any taxes or fees from the lottery operator are deducted before distribution.

6. Account Wallet & Payments

Your in-app wallet may hold:

  • Contributions

  • Credited winnings

  • Referral bonuses (if applicable)

You agree that:

  • You will not use the App for money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial activity.

  • We may require identity verification before payouts or large deposits.

  • We may suspend your wallet during investigations of suspicious activity.

7. Fees

We may charge:

  • Platform service fees

  • Syndicate management fees

  • Withdrawal fees (depending on payment method)

Fee amounts will always be disclosed before payment is made.

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Misuse the App for unlawful activities

  • Create multiple accounts

  • Attempt to manipulate syndicate outcomes

  • Post harmful or offensive content

  • Interfere with the operation of the App

  • Attempt to access another user’s account

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

  • Lottery results

  • Uninterrupted access

  • The accuracy or completeness of information posted by users

  • That any syndicate will win

Your participation is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Losses resulting from lottery outcomes

  • Delays or failures in ticket purchases due to third-party systems

  • Technical or network issues

  • Incorrect user information

  • Unauthorized account access caused by your negligence

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

11. Account Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in suspicious or unlawful activity

  • Fail to pass identity verification

  • Abuse the platform or other users

You may close your account at any time, provided no investigations are pending.

12. Intellectual Property
